Artistic and Sculptural Projects

From computer generated artwork to drawings and sketches, you can let your imagination run wild! If you can draw it, we can cut it. Because waterjet is a cold cutting process, cleanup is minimal, the edges are not burned, and the part is not warped. We can cut:

  • Any 2-D design
  • Nearly any material
  • Thickness capabilities from thin films up to 6″ steel or 8″ aluminum

This is the 16″ mild steel model for the final sculpture below. Joe Norman Sculpture used a slot and tab method of joining these parts. The slot width was readily known as the thickness of the material. This allowed the CAD for this design to be more easily scaled for the final sculpture.
This is the final 6′ mild steel sculpture “Run and Fly.” This Joe Norman Sculpture piece is actually a single sculpture that when viewed from different angles changes shape. Joe Norman is a Colorado artist with many pieces in public and private collections.
This Wopo Holup public art work was cut from aluminum and hand-covered in 24-carat gold leaf. It resides at Denver International Airport in the Westin Conference Center.
