Enclosure/Panel Cutouts and Modifications

Waterjet cutting is well-suited to adding custom cutouts to standard steel enclosures, NEMA enclosures, or rack-mount panels. If you find yourself cutting holes in electrical panels and enclosures, waterjet could be a great fit. All that is required is a removeable door and the CAD necessary to locate the cutout in the steel door. We can also cut holes in enclosure bodies rather than the doors. If necessary, we can also provide PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) measurements to ensure quality.

To ensure the door remains unmarred, our operators place rubber mats in-between the clamping devices or weights used to hold down the enclosure door during the cutting process.

Enclosure Manufacturers

We have cut enclosure doors and rackmount panels from Rittal, Hoffman, Saginaw, Hammond, and many other electrical enclosure suppliers.
